If you have a package that has not been marked as delivered and is stuck in transit, please contact the carrier with your tracking information. Hadley Lane is not responsible for packages missing in transit.
If your package is marked as delivered and is missing, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Here are a few suggestions for locating your missing package:
-Make sure the shipping address you entered at check-out is correct. We are unable to edit shipping information.
-Call USPS or UPS with your tracking number to see where your delivery person delivered your package.
-Check with neighbors in case your package was left there by mistake.
